Pump that sucker with the densest concrete you can. Preferably a heavy mix with aggregate for strength. Concrete cures in water because it’s a chemical reaction. That will plug the hole. Permanently.

They’re trying to stop the leak and SAVE THE DRILL. Wrong. At this point you cut your losses and you just make it stop.
